Yoga can be done by everyone. But, like any gymnastics, yoga
classes have their contra-indications. Without consulting a doctor, you can not
begin to perform asanas:
✗With
mental disorders, especially schizophrenia;
✗Contraindications
to yoga.at any exacerbation of diseases of internal organs;
✗In
the presence of an inguinal hernia;
✗In
the case of high arterial or intracranial pressure;
✗In
the case of heart disease, especially after a heart attack;
✗In
the first year after a stroke;
✗In
the case of joint diseases, with trauma to the spine;
✗With
oncology;
✗Immediately
after any operations;
✗With
colds or flu, as well as an increase in body temperature.
Yoga classes should be interrupted if the state of health
worsens after a workout. Then you need medical advice. For women, classes are
not allowed during critical days, and when pregnancy is more than 3 months.
